Q - I am not in the UK, how can I book a room?
A - Please call us on 0044 2380 982111 and tell us which property/room you interested in, your name and contact telephone number. To reserve a room you may be asked to place a deposit, you can do this by going to How to pay a deposit .

Q - I am not a student, can I still get a room?
A - Yes, please call us on 02380 982111.

Q - I  only need to stay for 3/6 month?
A - That’s fine. If we have rooms available, we can arrange shorter contracts. Please call us on 02380 982111.

Q - Do rooms come with Broadband/Telephone ?
A - Yes, the majority of our properties have Internet and telephone available. Please call us on 02380 982111 and let us know which property you are interested in.

Q - Can I give my deposit as the final month’s rent ?
A - This will very much depend on the situation during your tenancy.
